We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return a product, you can do so according to the following policy:

 Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, only if the outer packaging bag has not been opened.
• Returns must be made to the nearest cosmetician, selected from the list at checkout.
• A return form must be completed, stating the reason for the return.

 Refund & Credit Policy:

• A full refund will be issued only if the product is returned within 3 days of purchase.
• Returns made between 4 and 14 days after purchase will be refunded as store credit (points) only.

 Important Information:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• The customer is responsible for returning the product to the selected cosmetician.

Shipping is available within Israel only. Order processing time is up to 2 business days, and delivery by the courier company may take up to 5 business days. The total estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
