RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return a product, you can do so according to the following policy:
Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, only if the outer packaging bag has not been opened.
Returns must be made to the nearest cosmetician, selected from the list at checkout.
A return form must be completed, stating the reason for the return.
Refund & Credit Policy:
A full refund will be issued only if the product is returned within 3 days of purchase.
Returns made between 4 and 14 days after purchase will be refunded as store credit (points) only.
Important Information:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for returning the product to the selected cosmetician.
WARRANTY
This product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
