  • To initiate a return, please fill out the return request form. You will receive a response within two business days with confirmation of whether your request has been approved and details on how to proceed with the return.

  • Each return request is reviewed individually. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Approval is subject to these conditions.

  • Once we receive your return and verify the item’s condition, processing can take up to 7 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund or exchange is processed.

  • If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. It may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Returns requested after the 14-day return period may not be accepted. If you believe you have a special case, please contact our support team and we’ll do our best to assist you.
