To initiate a return, please fill out the return request form. You will receive a response within two business days with confirmation of whether your request has been approved and details on how to proceed with the return.
Each return request is reviewed individually. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Approval is subject to these conditions.
Once we receive your return and verify the item’s condition, processing can take up to 7 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund or exchange is processed.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. It may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
